Hourly work approval proceedure
Starting March 2023, MakeWeb introduced a new policy for new accounts regarding hourly work. Clients must approve hourly tasks via a provided script, recorded by admins in Wrike. This preemptive measure aims to address client inquiries about task time during invoicing. The policy applies to complex support requests but excludes Gold clients already familiar with MW’s hourly rates.
